Please note that some insurance requires the patient to pre-authorize outpatient surgical services before they are provided. Failure to follow these requirements may cause a reduction in benefits or denial of your insurance claim. We encourage you to consult your insurance company.
At the time of admission, you will be asked to pay any required deductible and co-insurance as it relates to the standard charge and services not covered by your insurance company. If you do not have insurance coverage, you will be asked to pay the standard charges on the day of your procedure.
Billing is separate for physician, anesthesiology, laboratory, pathology and surgery center.
